I had an excellent experience with CHARQUAN at Target Optical. My mom needed some help with her glasses, even though they were not originally purchased or made at Target Optical. CHARQUAN was incredibly kind and went out of his way to help her anyway. He fixed her glasses without trying to charge us or expecting anything in return.
