Nicole is the best. We drive out of our way to see Nicole at the Target Glen Allen location when it's time to replace our glasses.
Always great service
Excellent customer service and very efficient ty
I did not enjoy my experience here. First they threatened to cancel my appointment if I didn't call with my insurance. I should have just went with my gut at that point, because that's terrible customer service. Perhaps I was self-pay! No communication from the doctor during the exam, the receptionist is not warm and friendly and it is not a full service optical center. I went in with my insurance expecting to pay my co-pay and was charged an extra hundred some dollars for something I didn't ask for.
