I recently had an Eye exam with Dr.Chan and I was a bit nervous giving it was my first time. To my surprise Dr.Chan and his team welcomed me with kindness. Trasi was very kind and even gave me a second opinion on the glasses I chose. Definitely a great team of people.
This office is clean, friendly, and quick but thorough. Trasi is incredibly helpful and kind. Dr. Chan actually cares about doing a thorough exam, which can be unfortunately hard to come by. I would recommend this office to anyone.
First visit and it went really well! The staff was friendly and welcoming. Dr. Chan provided excellent care and explained everything clearly. I’m really happy with my experience and would recommend them.
Tracie is the best optical associate. I have been coming for years and she and Kristy have been so friendly and personable. Tracie always helps me choose the right glasses, tells me what looks good and doesn’t for my face and always seems to care and enjoy her job and customers. I had an issue with my new glasses that were just too tight. I brought them back 2 prior times when the other 2 ladies helped me and no none ever told me they were made from acetate ( which doesn’t bend like my current and prior glasses which I loved... read more
We had such a great experience at the Target Optical today! The optometrist went above and beyond to make sure my wife got everything she needed for her vision care. They took the time to walk us through several different options and helped us find the perfect balance between quality and affordability. It really felt like they cared about both our needs and our budget, and that kind of personalized service is rare these days. Highly recommend!
