I called to ask about a product. The lady at guest services said, “i dont know about that.” Told me to hold and then just hung up the phone after trying to call back she kept hanging up everytime i tried to call. It was a much older sounding lady. She answered once out of my many attempts to call and just let me keep saying hello with no response. Her phone was working bc i could hear the background. Not sure why we call it guest services if you guys cant even bother to help out.
