Drive up pickup turned out to be way more trouble than it was worth. It took several employees over an hour to finally figure out they'd given my order to someone else. Super frustrating.
Nice store but even more important the staff is really caring and helpful.
I can generally find what I'm looking for at Target. I tend to go when I know there are having sales, however. The store is always neat, clean and uncluttered. I also appreciate that they don't seem to be stocking during peak shopping times - that clutters aisles and slows down the shopping trip.
Warning regarding online shopping in-store pickup. Ordered 7 books online for pick up....target app split the order into two...had me running to south store for one book....then told the remaining part of the order was not ready...fyi I had my store set at the North rochester location...two days later I looked again at the app order and sure enough the order was complete...but it had before.
