JORDON, the manager tonight. Useless. 1030pm, people are trying to checkout. Huge line. ONE checkout open. Self checkouts are closed. I can actually see 9 employees. Doing??? Great customer interaction at checking out!! The gal who waited on me yesterday was very knowledgeable about presenting all rewards on the app and helping customers get all their savings !! She was a joy!! Provided smile and happy customer service!! Did not feel like just another customer! Appreciate this as the whole time I shopped not one target employee acknowledged me only focusing on tasks!!! Makes shopping not as pleasant atmosphere!!! Enjoy your jobs people!!!???
