I originally went to see Heather for advice on performance eating, about 3 years ago. Turns out, what we needed to figure out was my guy health. I went to see Heather Nakamura to get some advice on good nutrition, given a few medical conditions I have. She was excellent! Heather is friendly, accommodating (I had to take my children with me a few times), and really helpful. It only took a few sessions before we had some great menus and recipes sorted for me. Highly recommend.
