Appointment for live unload was at 4 p.m. Arrived at 3 p.m. It is now after 10 p.m. and I'm still waiting. Never again. Will be refusing ALL Target DC live unloads. No overnight parking and must leave this facility within 30 minutes of getting the call that your unload has been completed. I'm surprised that they get any deliveries, unless, like me, it was my first time here so if they keep getting 1st timers to this facility i guess they'll stay in business.
Can't complain. Every one is very nice from gate check in to receiving. Check in 3:30pm for 4:30 app..got paperwork 10:00 pm was a Full load! Receiving lady was super friendly she let some guys stay in Bobtail section till midnight so we can restart the clock. Yes unloading a little bit slow but otherwise nice people's
To all commercial driver let’s do it better don’t ta My first stop was Walmart, where they unloaded my truck in just 2 hours. I then arrived at my second stop — this Target facility — at 3:30 PM and checked in right away. It’s now been almost 5 hours, and I’m still waiting. It looks like they may not finish unloading until midnight or even 2 AM. What makes this even worse is that my load was only three pallets. There’s absolutely no reason such a small load should take this long to unload. This kind of delay is unacceptable.... read more
