I could not get into Dermatology in Fontana for a skin check on my back...nothing available soon or later...the NP checked me out, communicated with Fontana, they wanted to see me and they scheduled me with an appt in 2 weeks...
Worst experience. I've never felt more looked down on just for trying to get a check up... The front desk person seemed like they didn't want to be there, and talked me into the rescheduling somewhere else. Never come here. I want to give this no stars but it's forcing me to give at least one... Go to a real hospital. This is the kind of experience that keeps people from going to the doctor to get preventative care.
I was able to schedule next day appt. Very little wait time at appt. Friendly staff. NP did not rush me thru and listened to my concerns. This will be my new clinic in the future!
I’ve been coming here for a while now. I always get the right treatment with a knowledgeable nurse and outstanding doctor. Walk ins are not guaranteed so I make sure to get an appointment even the same day. I don’t know about other people leaving negative feedback but I like this place.
