I found a different place to go to even though I had to pay a lot I found this nurse practitioner unhelpful and cold I would not recommend this clinic
I did not have a positive experience during my recent visit to the clinic today. My appointment was scheduled for 12:45 PM, but I wasn’t acknowledged until around 12:55. The LVN who assisted me, named Robin, appeared visibly irritated from the start, and unfortunately, that energy was directed toward me. First time patient for myself and daughter with Kaiser. Overall a bad experience with Kaiser and will be changing insurance. Came to this clinic and the system chose a nurse practitioner that doesn’t not see my 9 yr old daughter needs. We arrived earlier and they tell me they gave my time slot away bc the system there was no number. My appt was at 2:30 and we arrived at 2. It's quite disappointing how the staff, particularly the male nurse at the front desk, acts here. Their unprofessional and disrespectful behavior is unacceptable. They seem to think there are no repercussions for their actions, as they laugh it off and treat patients poorly. I wouldn't suggest this place to anyone. It's better to seek help elsewhere. This place simply isn't up to par.
