am extremely disappointed with the customer service I received today. I called because I believed I may have left my wallet at the store and was trying to determine whether it had been turned in. The employee who answered the phone identified himself as David, but he never acknowledged that I was on the line. Instead, I could hear him assisting customers in the store, ringing up purchases, and even asking them for feedback.
