Terrible company- Check their Yelp and BBB before doing biz with them. UGH. Also- keep excellent records if you are dealing with them. They will lie to cover their backsides.

Notice how the only people to say anything good about Targa and Jim Mays are fellow employees. Fellow employees putting in reviews on their own companies web site? It doesn't get much lower than that. If your company is good, the customers will say so. Do you think that an employee would come on line and put a bad review and say they work there? I don't think so. What a joke. Jim really is a dirt bag as described by others. His favorite thing to do is send people warning letters and say he will fine them if they don't comply... read more

Worst property management company ever to be in business. Unprofessional, unreliable, unresponsive, and take no responsibility for their own actions. Stay away unless you like headaches and have to do everything for yourself. They do nothing period,

Lived in one of their properties twice...15 yes apart. Last management team which included Tammy P was incredibly inept at their job. Or should I say very cunning in doing their job getting high end quotes and putting in low end materials and workers. Tammy's own son was a maintainance man at one location and bragged about illegal entry into units and lock changes. Some tenants I spoke with reported small things like food missing or other household items. My children and I left the first chance we had.
