Dr. Targ was the anesthesiologist today at my daughter's dental procedure. I myself have never been put under so I had no idea what to expect and was incredibly nervous leading up to today, however, all nerves went away as soon as we met Dr. Targ. I could tell instantly she was in good hands and that he knew exactly what he was doing. He was completely confident but at the same time not at all arrogant. He made a stressful situation seem like just another day. Your loved one is in the best of hands with Dr. Targ!
Dr. Targ is a trustworthy and knowledgeable anesthesiologist. As a health care provider, I trust him with my own kids!
Beware of out of network status, which is not Dr Targ’s fault, but really burned me. My oral surgeon recommended Dr. Targ, so I called my insurer to make sure Anesthesiology would be covered for the procedure and for how much. Nobody told me he was out of network. And worse, I didn’t realize that my high deductible plan has a separate deductible for out of network. I should have caught on when Dr Targ insisted on cash payment from me at the time of procedure, instead of billing my insurance, as most health providers do. He t... read more

Dr. Targ is awesome!!! Four stars for sure!!!!!! We have been working with Dr. Targ for over 10 years and he is the best!!! My son, Kyle is 26 and is developmentally disabled and needs to be sedated to get his teeth cleaned because he has so much anxiety . We worked with Dr Targ and Kyle's dentist, Dr Ligh until Kyle was 23 and recently moved on to Kyle's current dentist, Dr Paul Griffith. Every time Kyle has had to be sedated to get his teeth done, I have felt very comfortable with Dr. Targ and have trusted him completely. ... read more
