Dmitry was helpful and accommodated my request for a car to be brought out for a PPVI. We were unable to agree on a price but the whole process was still a courteous one. What soured the experience was the sound of silence when inquiring on the status of a $500 deposit I had put down before the vehicle was sent for inspection. No replies and also no prior indication if it was refundable or non-refundable to clear up any misunderstandings.
