He is kind, caring, and very thorough. He took a lot of time to talk about the medical conditions, prognosis, and treatments available so that we all could understand exactly what was happening. He was very open to answering questions and didn’t seem like he was rushing out of the room to get to some else. Really appreciated his bedside manner and expertise.
