The representative in Tampa has no clue how to negotiate a deal. He kept criticizing one of our homes as justification to negotiate a lower price. We never got to the point of negotiating a price on the property. This could have been a quick and easy deal because most of the work has been done. He kept comparing a 3 bedroom property to a lesser quality 2 bedroom house. I worked with Robert Carroll and I could not recommend anyone better than him if you would like to sell your home for all cash. I went back and forth on whether or not I was going to. Contacted 3 companies and Tarek Buys Houses responded same day and then said I could call them, which I did on a Saturday, and then we just got to work to get it done! No back and forth, no misunderstandings, smooth and calm communication, and we were able to close exactly on time. Win win for both of us.

Worst experience ever Never saw or heard from Tarek His cast of characters just said whatever came to mind. Tarek you better check your business. Hey Tarek, even though we never spoke, you never contacted us.
