The entire process was efficient and hassle free - They handled everything and paid all costs. Alex made a very fair offer, above several others, and was always available to answer our questions and concerns. Alex was honest and transparent throughout and I highly recommend him and his team.
Bait & switch: went under contract for $530k. 6 days later and they still have not sent anyone to inspect the property. I get a text saying they want to reduce the price $150k-200k or cancel the contract. I say cancel the contract right away since $530k was a low price. There is either something very wrong with their process OR bait and switch is their normal method of operation. Do NOT recommend
