Office staff and scheduler are awful. My mom is scheduled for a colonoscopy. We have called and emailed the office every day for the past week trying to get a straight answer if she needs to come off of a blood thinner or not. The prep instructions included nothing about blood thinners at all, but did include other medications that she is not on.
