The people are excellent and the provider I saw was very knowledgable and professional. Their faults are found in their billing department. I had paid an amount after my first appointment, as it was described the average cost could be "x" amount after insurance. This led me to think that this amount would be there once the claim was filed and the insurance has paid their part. I was told it was taken off the initial cost of the visit BEFORE billing insurance when I contacted them about the bill I recieved in the mail. This s... read more

I appreciate that they are always more than happy to answer my questions. I also experienced concern for my well being. Their advice is always therapeutic and completely unbiased. I'm always impressed by how much they go out of their way to make me feel respected and important. They were always very considerate and professional. They have really great customer service here.
