Staff very rude, difficult to get an appointment and never any follow up!
If i could give this place 0 stars i would, i got here at 8:55 for my 9:15am appointment, and the intake forms were not printed and printer was not working so i wasn’t seen till 10am after driving an hour, they should have been prepared that before hand incase of issues like that, then i go in to see the doctor and he seems completely clueless on what to do or why i was even sent to him, and as head doctor, he left the room to consult the only female nurse as if she was qualified to help with endocrinology. 😠
Not sure what's going on with everyone else, but I only had to wait maybe 10 mins and part of that was doing my new patient stuff. The reviews here had me anxious. The doctor listened to me and was fairly attentive to the concerns I was there for. As for phone calls, I'm usually only on hold for a 2 or 3 minutes then they assist me. The staff was nice and friendly. I gave a 4 because I felt one short-ish was not enough for me to determine this was a 5, but I have to come back again after some tests!
The worse ever. Won’t answer phone, return voicemails. Frustrating Tried countless times. No wonder why they have been rated with 2 stars. UGH
