I don’t usually do reviews. But this doctor and his staff always amaze me. They are all kind, and easy to talk to. Love the people up front. Very helpful anytime you need them. Dr. Diaz, is one of the best doctors I’ve had. Helpful, understanding, listens. I’m currently getting help for type 2 diabetes and hyperthyroidism there. I highly recommend! Jaimie Wilson.
I was referred to him because I have a rare endocrine disorder and honestly I’m not impressed. Highly incompetent staff. Availability isn't suited for the young working person because he’s only open 4 days a week and one of those days is a half day. Dr doesn’t keep up with prescriptions, I’ve had two expire and getting a hold of them to renew them has been a headache as they don’t answer phones or do any actual work. Staff very rude, difficult to get an appointment and never any follow up!
If i could give this place 0 stars i would, i got here at 8:55 for my 9:15am appointment, and the intake forms were not printed and printer was not working so i wasn’t seen till 10am after driving an hour, they should have been prepared that before hand incase of issues like that, then i go in to see the doctor and he seems completely clueless on what to do or why i was even sent to him, and as head doctor, he left the room to consult the only female nurse as if she was qualified to help with endocrinology. 😠
