Christopher replied immediately and provided me a reasonable OTD price. and the sale manager Mark did a great email follow up. Although I end up buying elsewhere, I really wish that I live close enough to visit their lot at first.

Have a 4Runner Venture originally listed for $43k. Didn't have TRD wheels, Yakima rack, and was debadged.. Front grill was also for standard SR5 model and not TRD. Asked the dealership if this was actually a Venture trim because of the above and to verify VIN was correct for said model. They sent me a photo of the window sticker which isn't helpful. I checked the VIN and this is actually an SR5, not the TRD Venture. On top of that, they're selling it for nearly $5k more than when it was NEW. Extremely shady.

Dealer responded and got me the info I requested. Unfortunately it was not able to match the trade in offfers I had so had to pass on it.
Honestly this dealer ship you will get great services including too the workers are very kind and treat everyone there with respect. no matter what there always trying to find the best deal possible.
We went and test drove the car, it was very nice . But my Partner Michelle likes smaller cars
Dealer was fine. Unfortunately the car was sold before I could complete a transaction. Manual Transmissions are hard to find. I didn't think time was going to be a factor and a manual transmission M/V was that popular. Sorry I lost this one.
