WISH THERE WAS A ZERO STAR RATING!!!!! My experience was awful, they not only completely wasted hours of my life on two separate occasions but after having a deal already done and signed they tried to increase the price when i got in with the finance person. I bought a used car from Tula and the experience was excellent.I was very gratified to be able to deal with a woman sales asso.l did not feel pressured or bullied as had been the case at other dealerships. I believe I paid a fair price for the car I purchased and would certainly do buisness with them again at the North Kingston facility.
Paint Job I took my car to tarbox toyota to get my bumper repaired. They contracted it out to a third party paint guy who painted it without sanding or prepping it. The car got caked on dirt and fish eyes (little pock marks) in the paint and now the paint is peeling. The car's original paint is underneath the peeling areas. I have taken it to four body shops and have been told it is peeling because it was painted so poorly. They also said it would cost $600 to fix and I might as well get a new bumper because it would cost so... read more
Good service, reasonable price I have purchased three cars here and have never been disappointed. My sales experience was excellent and the service department is wonderful. You won't have to pay a fortune to get your oil changed and the service dept. won't recommend services that are not needed or required.
