So great to find a car dealer / service department with INTEGRITY. I am so pleased with the work done on my 2020 prius today. I purchased it (new to me) in November of 2023 and after driving it for a little more than 2 months I discovered it needed new rear brakes and rotors! I went to a local car dealer who was ready to charge me $625.00 to replace them. I am grateful to the folks at NuCar Toyota in North Kingstown (aka TarboxToyota) especially my salesman ANTHONY. This shows class and excellence! Thank you.
I bought a new Toyota Corolla Cross XLE a little over a year ago here. It was an awful experience, especially for a 1st new car buying experience. The salesman was Joe P! Had an amazing experience with BRUNO at Nucar Toyota North Kingstown. He truly listened to my needs, understood my timeline, and provided excellent follow-up. Bruno went above and beyond in helping my mom and me with her 2025 Brand New RAV4 purchase, making the process smooth and informative. I only maintain my vehicle at Toyota but this time I was not impressed. I made an appointment for 8 am and was told it takes 5 hours to do rear shocks and I also needed an oil change and tire rotation which usually don’t take that long so my vehicle should of not taken till 430 to be done .
