Just walked in with a friend to look at guns and we were literally ignored! Staff looked right in our face while we were looking at the counter and went the other way. If there was an item that I needed I would suffer before I purchased it here. Not one single word was spoken by either of the staff to us in the 3-5 mins we looked around. No excuse for that kind of service.

I totally appreciate the hospitality. I’m in town with a friend. I decided to carry my business watch to change the battery. I wanted to try out the difference in customer service. It’s as good as it gets in the south. I am New Yorker and, we are known for our big eyes. Seriously, I wanted to see almost every significant piece of jewelry in the shop.
