    Always a great time helping out Axia Taverna with the Kula for Karma fundraiser at the Pearl River Hilton. We served braised lamb riblets with celery root and raisin tzatziki with a Greek bbq sauce! A delicious dish perfect for the fall weather or any summer day!!!
