Very poor experience, did not get given all of my meds my properly. I had meds miss out for a whole week, these meds were important to helping me poo. I had 5 days straight with not being able to poo. I got discharged on the 5th day and I given my meds back, it wasn't till the day after that I realised that there were two of my medications missing from my bag. Attended the outpatient department on Sunday after cutting my finger. The staff were top notch, not a long wait full of humor and sorted my finger out in no time. Great people to deal with.
The entrance is pretty impressive, got that new building smell.
Great service, very efficient and helpful. Bent over backwards trying to help me. Debs in ED, you are a star and nice to have volunteers checking in to make sure you’re okay, thanks Greg.
Iv always received great top notch service from the many staff that make up a visit to the hospital. Having been admitted multiple times this year and had emergency surgical procedures undertaken. The only reason I didn't give 5 was cause my last visit I was starving and nil by mouth until the middle of the night and got some yuck dish and had to eat in the dark cause my light was broken. I didn't initially recognise what I was even eating.
