sunset office galloway medical plaza if i cant give you 0 start i would , I am absolutely appalled by the lack of professionalism, empathy, and basic medical ethics at this office. This is my third visit with Dr. Sowby I wanted to have a few visits in order to give a fair opinion, both the Dr. and her staff are very professional, courteous and friendly, Dr. Sowby has great bedside manners, she explains every procedures in a very calm and soft spoken demeanor. there's minimal waiting time! I feel very comfortable with Dr. Sowby's office

I received a referral to this specialist and was very underwhelmed. The facilty is cold and unwelcoming, as is the doctor. While the support team members are polite, they lack professionalism. For example, one bilingual team member continued to speak to me in Spanish after I reminded her that I do not speak Spanish on multiple occasions. She also held sidebar conversations (in Spanish) while she was supposed to be attending to me. She also abruptly left me. This happened on the second visit as well.
