I have been going here for almost a year and I had a great initial experience. I have had a recent damaging experience that made me lose respect for this place. I had to go 4 days without my meds because it took them a week to get back to me about needing my meds refilled. There is no easy way to speak to someone either. You HAVE to call and even though their outgoing message says all calls will be returned within 1 business day, this is NOT true. Everyone here is amazing and super caring. They treat everyone with care and make your experience easy and are super helpful.
Previously 5 star. After being with this clinic for a couple years with the same provider, I was told via voicemail that he moved out of state. I was not set up with a new provider in the office prior to his departure, which harmed continuity of care as I was almost out of medication. The month prior when I went to fill my monthly prescriptions, the pharmacist told me that my providers license to prescribe was not valid in SC anymore.
