I have been a patient of Dr. Taral Patel for about 41/2 years now and I find him to be very passionate and so kind to me during my office visits. He always listens to any concerns that I might have and always sets my mind to ease before leaving the office. He also is very nice to my daughters who takes me to my treatments every month, and answers any and all questions about my health that may concern them.
Dr Terai Patel may be a dynamo of an oncologist, but in the areas of compassion, empathy and concern we found him sorely lacking. During an office visit for our family member, he very bluntly, almost cruelly pronounced the terminal diagnosis, including the very short timeline. He then left the examining room. Specialists ARE specialized, however we all want to be treated with dignity, and worthiness in ALL of our relationships. Perhaps Dr Patel never learned this valuable life lesson.
