DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, Very rude to me and my daughter because we didn’t get every vaccine under the sun, they had to dilate my daughters eyes 3 times because we waited for 2 hours before they decided we were with the time of day, then when we got to a room the doctor walked out because a nurse needed to talk to him, at this point we should have left. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Tarakji and his staff. They are amazing. Dr. Tarakji fixed my vision when no one else could. He has an excellent bedside manner and his staff are all so kind. Yeah, you might have to wait, but its because Dr. Tarakji is so good that he is always busy and he takes time with his patients. It is worth it! He is worth it! I am extremely grateful to everyone who works there.
Receptionist was the rudest person I have ever dealt with. Will not be returning! Long wait times, like 3 hrs long or more. We put up with that because the dr is great at his job, but I will never return after the way we were talked to!
Had an appt at 1045. Signed in at 1020. Still waiting to go back and its 1110. Who knows when we will actually get back there. The wait time here is insane. I despise coming here.
