Every client I’ve ever met has said fabulous things about Hope Reality. They offer SO much more than real estate - they make you feel comfortable from the the first hello! They have knowledgeable staff and real estate professionals to walk you through every step of the buying and selling process. They become a friend - in the true sense of the word. If I could give 100 stars I would!
Took them weeks to respond, then when they did they would text me randomly from multiple numbers, 804 866 numbers. Expecting me to know exactly who is texting me. When I ask who it is, their response is we already told you. Unprofessional in my opinion especially when I say I'm no longer interested due to poor communication they send me a peace emoji, not offended but clearly not professional whoever I dealt with.
I worked with Tara on one of her flips! She goes the extra mile to make sure she turns out a great product and cares about the end result!
