Tara Thai is one of my favorite restaurants. Great location in Herndon. Not only they have a delicious menu like, but Drunkin noodle, steam mussel, Tod mun, Moo Yang, and The service is also over the top. Happy hour price was amazing. Remember to try Bangkok Sunset and mango sticky rice. You will fall in love.
