My husband and I are beyond grateful for Tara's postpartum services. He gifted me the 4-week Postpartum Tuck-In Service, and having Tara stop by after our baby was born made all the difference in my postpartum journey. I couldn't imagine those first few weeks without her. She helped us with dishes, held our baby for much-needed breaks, and provided the most wonderful massages that significantly sped up my healing process. Tara was my message doula for my planned hospital birth. She accompanied my lead doula which had assisted me on my first birth the year previous. I wasn’t sure what it would be like having a message therapist there for pain management or if it was even necessary but I went with my gut in hopes of a better outcome from the previous year. Tara came to my house for a postpartum massage 4 days after our daughter was born. Wow, I wish I’d done that with my first two babies! I’m very particular about massages and rarely get them because I always leave disappointed. They’re either too “soft” and ineffective OR I find the touch irritating rather than relaxing.
