We absolutely recommend Tara! I found her as an Evidence Based Birth® childbirth educator for my first birth. Her method of education and support was extremely helpful for our schedule and our interests - she made it very easy to learn at our own pace and to ask any questions we had, both during our official sessions and in the time in between. This was my second prenatal massage. The first one was at a different place and I didn’t love it—I felt like my husband could’ve done the same thing they did. But when I went to Tara, wow! Hands down the best prenatal massage I’ve ever had. She truly has hands of an angel. She applied pressure in areas I didn’t even realize needed it, but those were exactly the spots where I was feeling the most pregnancy discomfort. I recommend her 100%! I will definitely be coming back to her.

I cannot recommend Tara enough! She is everything you’d want in a massage therapist, especially during pregnancy. Her deep knowledge of pregnancy and what’s needed to bring comfort and relief made a world of difference for me. I had an arduous birth of my first son and was physically and mentally preparing for the birth of my second. Tara came highly recommended by my physical therapist, and I’m so glad I followed through. Tara is incredible! I’ve never had a prenatal massage before and was a little nervous and instantly felt calm and relaxed with her. I started getting massages in my third trimester and wish I started sooner. She also taught me how to sleep in a better position to help with the hip pain. Truly changed my life and I’ve never been able to sleep without pain in any of my pregnancies.

I was referred to Tara for her massage therapy when I was having back pain for months. Tara listened to my concerns and worked on my problem area. When she was done, I was able to bend down with barely any pain. I have been so impressed by her that I am now going for monthly massages! The room is very calming and the massage oil smells divine!
