Worst receptionist ever. Both of them the one looking up insurance and the one charging you have a dog attitude and are rude. If you have an appointment ready to wait an additional hour on top of that to be taken to a room and the wait an additional 30-45 min for the hygienist to come and see you and an additional 20-30 for the dentist. I waited for more than one hour. Just for them to tell me that they are not accepting my insurance anymore. They had plenty of time to check all that. I requested off from work today just to come to my appointment and I waited so long just for them to tell me that. Also the lady on the front smelled a lot a cigar. No professional at all.

40 mins after my appointment was supposed to be and I had to be the one to walk up to the front desk. and when I went up, they were barely looking at my insurance information. I tried to call to file a complaint on this and the manager Rose did not seem to care at all and even caught an attitude. go elsewhere All I wanted was a simple cleaning.

I have been trying to get a refund for six months for a prepaid service that we never got. They keep giving me the runaround and saying this is the first they’ve heard of our case.
