Extremely unprofessional experience. I came to this office (where I previously had my braces done) to discuss replacing my retainers, since it’s been over two years and mine are showing signs of wear. I waited over an hour, only to be called back to speak to an office staff member instead of anyone from the orthodontic team. She didn’t examine my retainers or address any of my concerns.
