Bad receptionist. They always get my appointment dates wrong when they text or call about reminders so it ends up being a couple of days of phone tag until they finally confirm. I've been calling for a couple of days and no one answers.
They always take like 30 minutes after your scheduled appointment to take you in even when it's empty and they never answer the phone
Worst experience ever they take for ever to see you and blame it on short staffing. They tell you the service is not covered by insurance and need to pay for a procedure totally fine. But they haven't even started and they already have the receptionist on top of you charging. Like wait dont rush the payment rush the service. Unprofessional they have no knowledge or manners and want to treat you like if you are stupid or running out without paying. Worst dental office I’ve ever been to. And I’m referring to the front desk personnel. The staff in back are good but staff sucks. Every appointment be prepared to wait an hour or more to be seen. They are worthless as far as working with VA Community Care. They just cannot or won’t do their jobs to get authorization from the VA. If you are a veteran and assigned to them through Community Care, tell them you prefer not to see them. Staff is completely inadequate.
Worst front desk experience ever. Too many problems to even mention. It’s issue after issue as to why they can’t help you. It’s very confusing and frustrating. Go someplace else, it’s not worth the stress. Tara Rios was also investigated by the FBI for Medicaid fraud in 2010, so this whole not accepting insurance could be a scam. I ended up paying full price. I was under a false impression that I had to pay “some” money and they would later charge it to my insurance.
