My son broke two teeth while we were on vacation, and the front desk was able to get us in very quickly. Dr. Rios was kind, professional, and extremely helpful. He not only fixed the problem right away to keep my son comfortable and pain-free, but also created a long-term plan that won’t interfere with his orthodontic treatment at home. The whole team made a stressful situation so much easier, and I’m very grateful for their care. Highly recommend!

Worst front desk experience ever. Too many problems to even mention. It’s issue after issue as to why they can’t help you. It’s very confusing and frustrating. Go someplace else, it’s not worth the stress.

This office is extremely unprofessional and rushed. It is not a good environment due to the staff being mistreated by the doctor. I have heard and seen the staff being yelled at or chewed out. This makes the atmosphere feel rushed and tense. The staff is super busy and will not take time for you!!

On several occasions, I have noticed and overheard the doctor being both classist and using appalling language towards staff which is extremely unprofessional. It’s disgusting the things I’ve overheard her say such as yelling at a staff member to get out. It is extremely sad to see senior staff do this to someone clearly a lot younger as it destroys chances of inspiration in the younger generation to help others or work in such environment. This is clearly toxic and unacceptable.
