Worst front desk experience ever. Too many problems to even mention. It’s issue after issue as to why they can’t help you. It’s very confusing and frustrating. Go someplace else, it’s not worth the stress. Tara Rios was also investigated by the FBI for Medicaid fraud in 2010, so this whole not accepting insurance could be a scam. Go someplace else, it’s not worth the stress. Lulu also smells overwhelming like cigarettes. And they make you wait forever just to tell you the insurance doesn’t cover it. Worst feeling to be there, don’t go there!

Worst receptionist ever. Both of them the one looking up insurance and the one charging you have a dog attitude and are rude. If you have an appointment ready to wait an additional hour on top of that to be taken to a room and the wait an additional 30-45 min for the hygienist to come and see you and an additional 20-30 for the dentist. No respect for someone’s time. Get better staff that are actually there to work no be on TikTok or joking in the hallway. What’s the point of an appointment. I waited for more than one hour. Just for them to tell me that they are not accepting my insurance anymore. They had plenty of time to check all that. I requested off from work today just to come to my appointment and I waited so long just for them to tell me that. Also the lady on the front smelled a lot a cigar. No professional at all.
