This company is a joke, playing like they are running a legitimate business. They did no rental verification, and after weeks of calling for an update with their response being "its still pending", they snail mailed a denial letter purposefully wasting my time. I ultimately filed a complaint against them, in which we were advised to include the owner of the home we applied for. Always such professionals to work with. If you ever need a good real estate agent don't hesitate to reach out to them. Property management Is a 5 star as well.
I paid a 50 dollar application fee and was not asked to verify my information but was denied and not for a good reason these real estate agencies are the biggest scammers beware.
John has sold two of my houses, one of which was a rental that he had managed. He takes care of all the little stuff.
