This company is a joke, playing like they are running a legitimate business. They did no rental verification, and after weeks of calling for an update with their response being "its still pending", they snail mailed a denial letter purposefully wasting my time. I ultimately filed a complaint against them, in which we were advised to include the owner of the home we applied for.
