I drive 1.5 hrs each way for Tara. She resolved chronic SI joint issues with interventions, and unique just in time exercises for now occasional flares. Lower back imbalances/chronic pain is now resolving with a comprehensive assessment and targeted hands on treatment plan for spinal/thoracic factors. She is an intuitive clinician using her expertise and extensive knowledge of anatomy and functional physiology.
Tara was able to resolve a longstanding issue with my neck and jaw in one session with scar release therapy! Thank you Tara!
