Unethical and unprofessional, our offer was intentionally withheld from the homeowner and Tara did everything in her power to see that we did NOT get our home. We were forced to use a lender of her approval which cost us 1.25%. I will not ever recommend her and I will also be reporting this to the proper authority.
I worked with Tara Jane Sullivan, and I am thankful for her expertise and professionalism. Tara was wonderful. Being first time home owners she answered every question we asked and helped us with everything we didn’t think of. Was extremely patient with my crazy schedule. Very responsive when we asked her anything, even after normal hours. Couldn’t be more happy with how she made the process simple and the house.
