I have been calling for three months about my move out deposit and haven’t gotten any response back.
recently a neighbor has been running in the street screaming a few times a week, during the night. From building D, bottom floor i’ve seen cops come around five times in the past month to the same apartment. i don’t call cops but id appreciate it if neighbors could respect quiet hours. otherwise id rather move out- Unfortunately this person got another dog even though they left there other dog outside multiple times while wasted. Now on the walks everyone will hear the same things i hear he/she yell every night.
I love it here. Came to apply on a Wednesday was approved that Friday. The day of my original move in I wasn’t able to move in due to the hurricane. Misty and Niya came in early the next day just to make sure I can move in. The customer service at this location is top tier. Thank you so much ladies truly appreciate everything you have done
