I was charged for a medical bill in August. Was told not to worry that they would correct it. It's September and it still wasn't corrected. The person who answered the phone now said it's not their job to correct billing. I was never told this in the beginning. I went ahead and paid the charged when I should have not been charged. My advice to the staff. Proper training.

Best Doctor ever!!! Because of her paying attention to my issues, we were able to catch my meningioma that was causing an eye issue. She takes the time for you!!!

Absolutely horrendous front office staff. Incorrectly answered a prior authorization form and in 2 weeks time it still has not been fixed, even after calling and talking to people who stated that it would be fixed. Dr. Farahvash is great, however the staff is completely unprofessional. Answering service says they are open until 5pm and they turn their answering machines on at 3pm.
