I started seeing Tara before my egg freezing journey to help regulate my cycle and prepare for retrieval. She is incredibly knowledgeable and was so supportive throughout the whole process. I really felt like she understood what I was going through and tailored treatments to my needs. I kept seeing her afterward, and my appointments often became a highlight of my week, so relaxing and grounding. She truly helped me on my journey, and I’m very grateful for her care. Highly recommend!

Tara Diaz is a wonderful acupuncturist. The negative reviews are not even reviews of her. I saw Tara during my pregnancy and she was kind, knowledgeable and really helped my pain. Highly recommend!

Was told I had appointment at 1. Apparently it's all walk ins.. why was I told that? Just there an hour, then I'm told I have to fill out paperwork (ipad).

I can’t recommend Tara highly enough! After struggling with menstrual cycle issues for nearly two years and consulting multiple doctors with no success, I turned to Tara as a last resort—and it was truly life-changing. I saw Tara to treat nerve pain from shingles. As a first timer I was a bit anxious but Tara made me feel instantly calm. She explained what she was doing and what to expect. I left feeling great and couldn’t wait for my next visit! After my second visit, the swelling in my face went down and my skin was smoother. I feel great and will make acupuncture with Tara part of my wellness routine going forward !
