We hired TCH and worked with Mark on a kitchen/living room remodel. The service he provided as a general contractor was unprofessional, unreliable, and incompetent. Mark failed to communicate with both us and his subcontractors, resulting in multiple errors I cannot describe here due to the length limit of the review. Suffice it to say, Mark's incompetence as a project manager nearly doubled our timeline for the project.
