Don’t pick up their phone at all. Very unprofessional! If you can’t pick up a phone for customer service you can’t have my money.
This shop came HIGHLY recommended to me, however my experience has been extremely disappointing and frustrating. Calvin Ryder (CEO) and Shaquililia Robbins (CFO) have had my vehicle since early November with no communication since November. I have gone by the shop several times and left notes. The phone number listed is disconnected and I have no clue what is happening with my car. I do not see it outside the shop so I assume it is there (hopefully)!! These guys do an awesome job they take time out of their already busy days to paint football helmets for our team. They’ve been doing my teams helmets now for 2 years and you should see the smiles on our team faces when we unveil their new helmets... priceless!!! Thanks Tara Collision for all you do.
