I have lived at Tara Close since 2009 and while I agree that the ceilings/floors are noisy, I can never hear my next door neighbors. Also, new rules have been put into place regarding flooring (wall-to-wall carpet for all new owners) to help with the noise.Parking is adequate. Each owner is given guest parking passes. The parking lots are well lit at night.The grounds are immaculately kept. The super and porter are extremely nice and very helpful. If you have heard the nightmare stories of other people who have had issues with the co-op board, it is even worse here. They will find any excuse in the world to skirt repair costs. Their motto is, "when in doubt, bill the shareholder"! If you are not familiar with co-op living and what to expect, be afraid, be very afraid!
