We love Dr. Tara and the staff at her office is great. They take all the time we want to address our concerns.
Because of the unprofessional behavior of the front desk staff, I have decided not to continue care with Dr. Tara Chernecke. Despite having a confirmed appointment sent to me by the nurse, we were refused entry and denied the opportunity to see the doctor. The way we were treated was discriminatory, disrespectful, and unacceptable. My child was sick, and I clearly explained the situation, yet there was no attempt to help or resolve the issue.
