He encouraged us to get the house on the market right away, his pricing strategy was right on the money. He usually gave us 2 or 3 suggestions or options on major decisions and helped us chose the option that worked best for us. I appreciated all his input on staging the house. We bought our retirement home through Mike & Sandi Reality and they were great. Sharon Martinelli was our agent and she was phenomenal! Buying a home from out of state is stressful and Sharon was very understanding to our needs and kept us update with Listings. When it was time to fly up and listings she had the day line-up with houses we had ask for with regards to beds, bath, sq footage etc.. Sharon knew our time was valuable and also limited. I WILL NEVER USE THIS COLDWELL BANKER REAL ESTATE AGENCY AGAIN!!! I purchased a Delray Beach Condo from them, and I assumed all the information in the contract was true and “verified”. After the closing I contacted the Condo Association to inform them that I purchased a Condo and a parking space that is covered, have video surveillance, and very close to the entrance door. Jennifer went above and beyond in every way! She spent hours showing us homes while we were across the ocean in Hawaii and answered every question we had. Her knowledge of the area and the market put us at ease and we couldn't have been more relieved to have her in our corner. She handled every uncertainty and bump in the road with the utmost urgency and professionalism. We could not have asked for a better realtor to handle our move!
Kimberly and her team were amazing! We were navigating a difficult out-of-state move and had to rely heavily on them for help with the inspection, repairs, etc. Did I mention our house sold in a day for full asking price? They were so helpful and we could not have had a more positive experience.
