This is not really for the Dr but for the whole system. Just tried making a full skin appointment (I’m a patient) next available is July 2026!!! How is this possible if I’m trying to do the right thing and keep up with preventive care??? I’m blown away by this and extremely frustrated.
Dr. Bronsnick has provided exceptional care for both routine skin care and special treatments. I appreciate her knowledge and detailed explanations for post treatment care as well as my daily skin care routine.
Dr. Bronsnick is amazing. I feel comfortable in her office. She addresses my concerns and discusses my plan of care in a way I find considerate and efficient. The problem is Summit Medical Group. I still don't have my prescription after the Nurse Nancy gaslighted me about which pharmacy she sent the prescription to. I asked her what she needed from me to accept that what I'm saying about her having sent the prescription to CVS as fact and she said she didn't need anything because she knows she sent it elsewhere.
