Overall Dr. Bronsnick is decent and a knowledgeable doctor. I was extremely disappointed with my visit today. After waiting two weeks for a 7:40 a.m. appointment for a concerning rash (which I later learned was cellulitis), I tried calling at 7:30 to let them know I’d be just a few minutes late. Unfortunately, the office system only allowed me to use a voice service, so I couldn’t speak to anyone directly. Very professional and courteous, felt safe and comfortable. Dr. Bronsnick was able to answer all my questions in such a way that it made sense to me.
