Great place to live. It was my happy year living there, quiet, great facilities, maintenance, and bus service to campus with the exception during summertime
The apartments are average. They have a laundromat on the premises that takes a student card or quarters, however most of the time it won't accept the card or the machines are down. Additionally, the property is not well kept and the main trash bin is often seen overflowing.
