I had an appointment with them and received a reminder voicemail for it 24 hours in advance. I called back as soon as I got the voicemail and canceled the appointment because I was out of town. They still hit me with a $50 cancellation fee because I didn't give them 24 hours notice. I called back and explained the situation and the doctor still refused to remove the fee. Be wary. Not customer friendly.
