from checking in, medical assistant, Dr Kretchmer to the finance women- the entire experience was outstanding. The team works well together!!! Very professional and thorough in making sure you understand the entire process. I was impressed as well when the assistant checked in periodically to make sure I was doing okay, the wait was not long at all. Nice office to work with.
Everyone was very nice. Dr. Kretchmer made me feel comfortable and performed the necessary procedures with great care and attention.
GET A SECOND OPINION. On a dentist’s referral, I visited Tar Heel Periodontics for a non-healing lesion on my son’s gum. The doctor initially raised concerns about cancer but quickly stated a 99.99% certainty it was not cancerous, which was unsettling. After discussing the proposed treatment—a biopsy followed by a gum graft, antibiotics, and pain medication, with a cost exceeding $3,000—I felt a second opinion was necessary.
