Bad experience. Poor post operative care and follow up, provider was dismissive, uncaring. I made a follow up appointment 4 days after my procedure because despite the prescribed post operative regimen I’ve been in extreme pain that has not improved. I’ve had drainage from my op site, swelling and bruising way beyond what I’ve had with previous same procedures. Was in tears in their office. I was referred to Dr. Valentine due to the complexities of the bone graft I would need and he did not disappoint. From the first meeting I was informed of what my process would require and given a timeline for each step. The final results were impressive and people can't even tell there's an implant there.

Great experience for my procedure with Dr.Valentine at the Durham office. He was thorough with all his explanations. I had a small concern after my initial visit and he made office time to see me again. Highly recommend!
