Bad experience. Poor post operative care and follow up, provider was dismissive, uncaring. I made a follow up appointment 4 days after my procedure because despite the prescribed post operative regimen I’ve been in extreme pain that has not improved. I’ve had drainage from my op site, swelling and bruising way beyond what I’ve had with previous same procedures. Was in tears in their office. Great experience for my procedure with Dr.Valentine at the Durham office. He was thorough with all his explanations. I had a small concern after my initial visit and he made office time to see me again. Highly recommend!
I was referred by my regular dentist for periodontal surgery and was nervous to say the least. However Dr. Valentine and his staff, especially surgical assistant Nicola were, professional, informative, reassuring, and put me at ease. Nothing was too much trouble for them with the procedure, aftercare, and finances explained in detail. The aftercare, especially phone calls to check on my wellbeing were reassuring.
Dr Valentine is very knowledgeable, professional and communicative, and the office staff are courteous and efficient.
