Very bad experience..docter was great.but staff is not provideing any info..they will take all insurence info..they will take you to the consultation..@the end they come and ask you to pay the amount .they will say..we will claim insurence once insurence is settled we wilm reemberse it..had shocking expreince by seeing the bill although they are specialists..that does not mean everybody is ready to pay from their pocket for to check the treatment plan..you can visit this place if u have lods of money in ur pocket..
I have been under Perio treatment for much longer than I would like. I was very unhappy with the treatment and switched providers to Tar Heel Perio with their Garner location. They are always professional, they keep me up to date on progress and plans. They have a receptionist, Stephanie, who is always polite and kind. The service not to mention the results have made me much more willing to continue to get the needed treatment I need. Thank you
Started my experience with Dr Kretchmer several months ago I had my quote on what needed to be done. The day of my tooth removal and bone inserted I was charged full amount yet my sinus part wasn't necessary but was still charged the full amount. Was offered a lesser amount on my next procedure NO not a good thing The prices are all over the place in quoting.
