My review is less than stellar. The guy came for an estimate, and then I never heard from him again despite having made a verbal agreement to send an estimate. Sure, maybe the man didn't want to work on my house but at least have the spine to say so and not ghost me.
We have used Tar Heel Painters for exterior painting and now for interior painting. We are very satisfied with their work and we would gladly use them again.
I chose Tar Heel Painters based on the great reviews they received online, and having worked with them, and now having the exterior of my house transformed as the job is complete, I can see why! John was great throughout, steering me in the right direction on options, and communicating with me clearly as needed. His team were professional, friendly, and did an incredible job - my 20 year old house looks brand new! Thanks John and the entire team for all you've done and for making it such a positive experience!
John Kent and his team at Tar Heel painters did a fantastic job painting the exterior of our home and staining the deck. They were incredibly efficient, professional, and John was an excellent communicator! Thank you!!
