Poured on top is the enchilada sauce, cheese, guacamole and sour cream with the sides of lettuce, tomatos, onions and cilantro. Enchiladas- Comes with either cheese, chicken or beef. Carnitas- You can have them in a burrito, taco, combination plate, nachos,etc.

Excellent Ah the Vallarta! What a joy in Santa Clara. Excellent food, great service and great prices. The only thing you have to watch is not to fill up on the free chips before your food arrives. Love it here.
Taqueria Vallarta has great carne asada!!! The carne asada super burrito, so so good. Solid food, fast service, good salsa bar and free chips. Just be careful not to fill up on the free chips!!!
